The Mirror Practice

See who your children really are

This isn't therapy. It isn't meditation. It's simply looking — really looking — at your child.

When your child is struggling — melting down about WiFi, scrolling with dead eyes, begging for more screen time — find a mirror. Don't look at them directly. Look at their reflection.

You'll see who they really are.

Not the addiction. The addicted.

Not the behavior. The being.

Not the problem. Your baby, waiting.

Look deeper. You'll see yourself at their age.

Deeper still. You'll see all children.

Keep looking. You'll see everyone.

We are all there, in that mirror, waiting to Re-Member.
