Who runs this website

Our guides are AI characters

Our guides, such as Ingrid, are AI-created characters. Their faces, images and voices are made with AI tools. They are not real people, and we always say so. Their words are written by Kenny, a Swedish social worker and ICF coach, based on more than 20 years of working with people.

Everything on this website, including meditations, audio, videos, articles and emails, is for relaxation and reflection only. It is not medical, psychological or professional advice, and it does not replace a doctor, therapist or counsellor. Please do not stop or change any treatment because of something you read or heard here.

Use our meditations safely

Listen to meditations and breathing exercises only when it is safe to relax. Never listen while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that needs your full attention. If a breathing exercise makes you dizzy or uncomfortable, stop and breathe normally.
